Crazy guy at Mailbox etc. autographs his photocopied art for me

I just went to mail something at Mailbox etc, and some dude walked over to me, signed this paper, and handed over to me.  He then said , "If you'll look closer, you'll see this is an original signature, its me.  Its not worth anything now, but it will be some day."

Clearly......

I'm hoping to get ahold of that E=mc2 equation to predict the future!

All I can say is that this man rocks. This show in particular was tame because it all ages, but the music was just as good as always, and it succeeded in turning the innocent crowd into a bunch of raving lunatics.

Even the NY Times thought it was pretty wild.

Unshakable logic

While walking through Union Square in San Fran a few weeks ago a relatively nondiscript guy handed me this flyer.   

After a few seconds of reading through it, I was ready to convert.  I mean, the sheer logic alone was pretty damn convincing!

Anyway, thought the hand drawn flyer needed a bit more publicity on the web for being so shameless/shameful?

In an interview this morning on NPR, Young Jeezy (a popular rap artist recently brought out/inspired to vote by Obama) made the point that this can't be a one day thing.

Election day is over and we have to "ride" with the man for at least 4 yrs!

The new electric car

Listening to Elan Musk talk about the Tesla, a new $109,000 electric sports car that's faster than a ferrari and more efficient than a prius.

Hmmm. Plugs into the wall like a hair dryer, has a range of 250+ miles and gets the equivalent of 120 miles per gallon.

Very powerful stuff. Its not changing the world but its the first step into the viable electric car market and leads to a more affordable sedan....
