Quick and easy way to make sure you stay on task

If most of us spent even 10 minutes a day thinking about what we were going to get done, I think we'd be a lot more productive. Bregman suggests 3 simple steps:
1) spend a few minutes make a list of what you want to get done
2) revisit that list a few times throughout the day to make sure you're on track
3) at the end of the day, check off what you got done, and figure out what problems prevented you from getting more done.
Simple enough...
